The agreement

By creating an account or using Refinement Through Pressure, you agree to these terms and the privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

What the app is

A personal year-long formation system: daily habits, Bible study, prayer, body, work, family, and rhythms. It is a tool. It is not a church, a pastor, a counselor, a doctor, or a crisis line.

What the app is not

  • Not medical, mental-health, or nutritional advice.
  • Not pastoral counseling or spiritual direction.
  • Not a substitute for Scripture itself, a local church, or real brotherhood.

If you are in crisis, contact emergency services, a licensed professional, or a pastor. Do not use this app as your only covering.

Your account

You must be 18 or older. Keep your login to yourself. You are responsible for what you log. Do not enter other people’s private information without their consent.

Founding year

Access is sold as a one-time founding-year payment of $79 for twelve months from the day payment clears. Card processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your full card number. We may change future pricing. We may add, pause, or retire features. A refund request within fourteen days of purchase, if you have not used the system as your year, will be considered in good faith — write from the email on the account.

Your content

You own your logs. You grant us a limited license to store and display them so the app can function for you. You may export or delete them in Settings.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse, scrape, or attack the service. Do not use it to harm others. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put the service at risk.

Disclaimer

The app is provided as-is. We do not warrant that it will make you faithful, healthy, or successful. Results depend on you. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions you make from your scores or notes.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where a mandatory consumer law in your place of residence says otherwise.
